At Angel Band Farm, two buildings are provided for rental. The main farmhouse includes 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and front porch for your enjoyment. Main (farmhouse) Rental (up to 10 person): Weekly- $1,500/week Monthly -$5,000/month *Pet Fee- $100/week (2 pet maximum)
WRITER'S NOOK
The second building, the Writer’s Nook, includes a bedroom space complete with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee station and private bathroom with shower. Writer’s Nook Rental (2 person): Nightly- $90/night Weekend- $150/two nights (+$75/night additional nights -up to a week) Weekly- $575/week Monthly- $1,500/month *Pet Fee-$25 per stay
FARMHOUSE + WRITER'S NOOK
Options for rental include the main house, the Writer’s Nook, or a combination of both buildings to provide a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeping up to 12 guests. Entire Property (Farmhouse + Writer’s Nook) Up to 12 guests: Weekly-$2,000/week Property available for seasonal rental upon request.
With the availability of two possible rentals, cleaning staff must be able to access cleaning supplies and laundry facility upon occasion, in the main house. Please be aware.
